Shipping Information

At RYMBIL, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected shipping address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times are based on the total transit time after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

Please note that during peak periods or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit or tracking updates that are outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs processing delays, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimates listed above.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.

If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at hello@rymbil.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Delayed Delivery

At RYMBIL, we understand how important timely delivery is and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or transportation issues.

In rare cases, order processing or shipment may also be delayed due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

While RYMBIL cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist you with any questions regarding your shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer under our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at hello@rymbil.com and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have a formal process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates when available.

Please note that RYMBIL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these situations fall outside of our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

In some cases, if the package cannot be located, the courier may require a police report to proceed with the claim.
