Refund Policy

At RYMBIL, we are committed to providing products that help remove stubborn oil film and restore clear, streak-free glass. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend that you use them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at hello@rymbil.com.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident that our products work and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits of RYMBIL. If you are still unhappy and wish to return your item, you may do so after the initial 14-day period, as long as the request is made within 60 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Damage to external packaging, such as dented or scuffed boxes, while the product itself remains in good condition, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@rymbil.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will review your request and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or returns.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, RYMBIL is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control. This includes delays caused by the courier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues that may occur during transit.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information. RYMBIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for a resend or refund.
